Can you make any bag liner or shaper?
Yes, I have made so many styles and different brands liners, I feel confident I can help you. I might need your help to measure it but you'll be given my 3 minutes video on how- to (on the Contact page). I would apply all my experience to make your organiser and shaper to fit perfectly.
Does you post internationally?
Yes, I pick the safest way to ship my products. I have updated the checkout with my UK and abroad fares.
How is Luxury Bag Heaven different from other brands?
I love bags just as much as you and nothing will make me happier than helping you to find the best suitable product for your bag. One that sparks joy and is functional. All made to order in Scotland (UK) by myself, for you.
I work hard to perfect my products and use only 3mm quality felt for your liner. Thinner felt might be available by request.
How can I pay for my orders?
For my core products, you can order through the website shop or after chatting with me (contact option on this website). It is a safe and secure card transaction. Alternatively choose the offline, for bank transfer. Once paid I will be preparing your custom made order.
How do you ship my order and when?
Once you paid I will start sewing! I aim to ship your order in 10 business days. I use Royal mail signed for service. Postage varies depending on size and cost. If unsure what option to choose just use the chat option on this website.
What is your exchange or return policy?
As all my orders are bespoke and custom made, I am sorry to advise that they are not available for return/refund.
I work with either my patterns that have been tried and tested OR with your measurements. I design and create one of a kind liner/pillow that is made especially to your specifications.
Please do get in touch if you feel the product isn't working or sits well, so we can find a solution together.
Returns shipping costs are only refundable for damaged goods.
Terms and conditions
Your piece is one of a kind and made specifically for you, please confirm any requests and wishes before paying. After payment, please allow up to 10 business days for it to to be sewn and shipped. Some orders might take longer, but you will be advised so when purchasing.
As it is all custom made, I will be able to offer tweaks and adjustments as part of the initial cost (postage back to be repaired is to be paid by the buyer). Returns of products are not accepted, unless a mistake has been made on the part of Edinburghblooms and Luxury Bag Heaven.
Please be aware that colours and textures may vary, due to camera and monitor settings, as well as stock availability. Due to supply issues we may sometimes use an alternative supplier for similar felt/shapers fabric aspiring to provide the same level of quality.
