3. You will carefully select the best colour & options to enhance your
bag's performance
4. We will decide how to make it a little more personal
5. You can decide between sending your bag in for a quick VIP Turnaround service OR I will work with your measurements.
7. I will start sewing and making sure it fits perfectly at the end
(Tweaks/ adjustments are complimentary)

As all my products are custom made, I am sorry to advise that they are not available for return/refund.
I work with either my patterns that have been tried and tested OR with your measurements. I design and create one of a kind liner/pillow that is made especially to your specifications.
Please do get in touch if you feel the product isn't working or sits well, so we can find a solution together.
Returns shipping costs are only refundable for damaged goods.
