3. You will select the best colour & options to enhance your bag's performance
We will decide how to make it a little more personal
5. You can decide between sending your bag in for a quick VIP Turnaround service OR I will work to your given measurements
7. I will personally create your product, and make sure it fits perfectly in the end - tweaks/adjustments are complimentary
