SHIPPING POLICY
Once you paid I will start sewing! I aim to ship your order in 5-10 business days. I use Royal mail tracked service. Postage varies depending on size and speed. If unsure what option to choose just use the chat option on this website.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As all my orders are bespoke and custom made, I am sorry to advise that they are not available for return/refund.
I work with either my patterns that have been tried and tested OR with your measurements. I design and create one of a kind liner/pillow that is made especially to your specifications.
Please do get in touch if you feel the product isn't working or sits well, so we can find a solution together.
Your piece is one of a kind and made specifically for you, please confirm any requests and wishes before paying. After payment, please allow up to 10 business days for it to to be sewn and shipped. Some orders might take longer, but you will be advised so when purchasing.
As it is all custom made, I will be able to offer tweaks and adjustments as part of the initial cost (postage back to be repaired is to be paid by the buyer). Returns of products are not accepted, unless a mistake has been made on the part of Moria.
Please be aware that colours and textures may vary, due to camera and monitor settings, as well as stock availability. Due to supply issues we may sometimes use an alternative supplier for similar felt/shapers fabric aspiring to provide the same level of quality.
